3 Mile Walk

My 16 hour day at work. I just walked three miles. I may do some dumbells later. I'm off tomorrow and Friday so I am looking at big workouts on those days. I read somewhere that a good way to train for triathlons if you are short on time is to do three long sessions a week -- an endurance swim, an endurance bike, and an endurance run rather than working out everyday or twice a day. Interesting concept.
