Swim

Swam 1/2 mile in 18.30 I may have swum an extra length. It is hard to keep track. felt good, but I think I need to expand my workouts. 1/2 mile is pretty easy. Maybe I should swim 1/2 mile and then do some sprints or other practice, lengthen the workout to 30 or 40 minutes.
