Strength Training/1/4 mile Swim
Did a quick strength training workout this morning in between ferrying children. Tonight, took the six year old swimming, and then managed to get in a 1/4 mile swim. I did flip turns on the first four laps and definately felt more tired without the big easy breath of air on the turn. I lost track of laps so I either did 450 yards in 9 minutes or 500 yards in nine minutes. Still, the man next to me was lapping me and he looked like he was swimming slow when I got out.
