2 mile run
Ran two miles on the treadmill after work. Set the pace at 5.6. Ran them in 21:10. Ran very easy. Not winded at all. I think I could have easily done the 5k. I'm going to gradually up the speed and the milage. My goal is to run the April 5K in under 30:00, which may be ambitious. Maybe not. I'm hoping to get some outdoor runs on the track this week.
Tomorrow is my 16 work day, so unless I get up real early, I will take it as a rest day.
