1.75 Road Run

Ran 1.75 miles on asphalt after work. My station is in an industrial park so there is a nice circle for me to run around with only a small part on a main road. My heart rate was 150 and it took me about 18 minutes. I didn't mind the surface, and I had plenty left. Went home and iced and have just taken an ibuprofen.

Tomorrow I will try a fast walk and maybe some dumbell lifting at work. I normally swim on Sunday night, but we may go out to dinner instead.
