A Quarter Mile
Went to the gym for my regular strength training. Instead of a five minute treadmill fast walk warm up I went ten minutes, including running for a quarter of a mile. Wow! Only 2 and 3/4 miles to go. A start, although admitedly a weak one.
Tomorrow I am debating doing a mile run on the treadmill or if it is a nice morning, I may even, go to the nearbye resevoir that has a three mile walking path and try to walk run it.
I don't know if I mentioned this, but I am not even going to think about any bike related matters until I can run three miles.
